Colocando alfileres! (placing Pins! )
Photo# 6 & #7. When it’s time to put the pins on the quilt, to close the pins I use a kitchen knife or a scissor, this will help you to stab you fingers. The order to put the pins should be between 2 or 3 inches apart, depend on the design you had decide to sew on the quilting, and put them one behind another. How many pins will you need? , it depends on the size of your quilt so star buy some and save them in a dry place, humid places will rust the pins, and a rust pin will leave a stain in the fabric. I have my pins in a big plastic bucket.
